Yes, our treatments are customized based on your skin type and concerns. A skin analysis is done before each facial or advanced procedure.
We ask you to fill out the Intake form (including your consent & medical history) before any treatment. Usually the form is sent out to you via email.
If you have a medical history or current medical condition and you are doubtful, if certain treatment is suitable for you or not then please feel free to reach out us via contact us form for more clarification.

Absolutely! Our online courses are designed for both beginners or for someone who just wants a refresher. You’ll receive step-by-step guidance, continuous support and certification upon completion.
We follow strict hygiene standards, using sterilized tools and professional-grade products. Our equipment, including the Health Canada–approved E-Pen, professional products ensures safe and effective treatments.
Our courses are currently available in Canada & India, Some courses such as Microneedling, are only available in-person.
But, don't worry; if you are a beginner we offer hands on -in person training in Calgary, Alberta for Microneedling. We will be hosting workshops in India for (in-person training) dates (TBD) stay tuned !
A numbing cream is applied to minimize discomfort. Most clients describe it as mild pressure or scratching.

We require at least 24–48 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.
